Creating an Account

If you don't have an Accu-Chek Account, you can create a new account with your email address.

  1. After launching the app for the first time, you will see the Accu-Chek Account Sign In screen. Tap Continue.
  2. You are asked for consent to have your email address processed. You will provide your email address in the next screen. Tap Continue.
  3. Enter your email address. Tap Next.
  4. A verification code is sent to the email address you provided. If you didn’t receive the email, check your spam folder.
  5. Enter the verification code in the app. The code expires in 10 minutes. To have a new code sent to you, tap Resend code.
  6. Tap Next.
  7. Enter your account information and tap Next.
  8. Enter your password and tap Next.
  9. Read the privacy and legal information. Tap the checkboxes, then tap Create to indicate your agreement to the terms.
  10. Your Accu-Chek Account is ready.
